SERIALS
This might be a rarity nowadays, but we do publish novels and novelettes in serial form like the old days of Doyle and Dickens. It is a great way to gain a steady following for work and, for our uses, might also serve to get some insights and direction into a story that is still in development. It might be an experiment, but the hypothesis is this: share your work a little piece at a time, get people reading, already have a following before you even publish the completed work, and potentially get a little writer workshop style help as you go.
Here are a few of our serial stories available thus far:
Dystopia Boy by Trevor Richardson
Democracy is dead. America is divided. The 99% are lorded over by the new leadership –a corporate, feudal empire. Dystopia Boy shows the whole degradation, the downfall of American civilization from subtopian Democractic assumption to full on dystopian poverty under the boot of our new nobility, the corporations. The future means internment camps, the end of privacy and government surveillance through a sanctioned agency known only as the Watchers. As one Watcher studies the life of his newest subject we witness how it all happened. The beginning of the end and the last death cry of a resistance.
Collaborating with Angels by Rob Lee
